Notice Regarding Automated Web Scraping & API Limits
We have updated Section 4 regarding automated API rate limits. The use of unauthorized headless scraping bots to bypass REST API rate caps is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate API key suspension.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ToolVerse platform, WebAssembly utilities, or REST APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and ToolVerse Technologies Inc.
2 Client-Side WASM & Privacy Sovereignty
ToolVerse is built on a local-first WebAssembly architecture. When you convert PDFs, compress images, or analyze text, your data payloads are processed directly inside your browser's RAM memory.
3 User License & Permitted Usage
ToolVerse grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all web tools for personal, educational, and commercial projects under the following conditions:
- You may use the utilities for unlimited personal or commercial file transformations.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary WASM binary modules.
- You may not re-distribute ToolVerse code as a competing paid service.
